About: We build one system for the Umrah season
Umrah companies run their seasons on spreadsheets, chat groups and systems that don’t talk to each other. The Ramadan peak exposes all of it: a room sold twice, a coach waiting for a delayed flight, an invoice that doesn’t match what happened. We built Umrah Link so the season has one record.
What Umrah Link is
Umrah Link is a web-based system for running licensed Umrah companies in the Kingdom: sales and overseas agents, pilgrims and visas, housing and transport, finance and ZATCA e-invoicing, the company’s website and HR — on one record, Arabic first and in English.
We started from how the company actually works: a package is sold through an agent abroad, the group is prepared for Nusuk Masar, housed night by night in Makkah and Madinah, moved by coach and billed with ZATCA invoices, with Hijri dates beside Gregorian ones. So your team doesn’t have to bend a general-purpose system to fit the Umrah season.
Our name is written «عمرة لينك» in Arabic and Umrah Link in English. The platform lives at ummrahlink.com, where each company’s website and workspace run at its own address.
