An example
A day in the season
A company takes on 35 seasonal guides and drivers for Ramadan. Each is recorded with their contract and documents, and matched to their number on the fingerprint device at the office door.
Guides in the field check in from the field app, and exceptions show on the weekly timesheet for the supervisor to correct.
At month’s end the pay run is calculated from the contracts, the manager approves it, and it posts to the books along with the supervisors’ custody and expenses.
