Overseas agents: Your agents abroad book from their own portal, not from WhatsApp messages

Most of your pilgrims arrive through agencies in Indonesia, Pakistan, Egypt and beyond. Umrah Link keeps each agency’s contract, prices, commission and credit, and gives it a portal at your company’s address to work from directly.

One file per agency

Each agency with its people, markets and licences in one file — and its travellers’ overstay rate counts in its review.

Contracts and rate cards

The contract sets the agent’s prices, commission and credit limit; the rate card decides what it sees in its portal.

A portal for every agency

The agent sees your offers at its rate card’s prices, asks for quotes, holds and books, and follows its bookings and visas.

Travellers’ details from the source

Agencies send their travellers’ details and manifests from the portal, straight into the pilgrim files — no retyping.

Statements and payments

The agent reads its statement, invoices and payments, and tells you about a transfer it made or pays online.

The agency’s own users and roles

The agency manages its own users with bookings, finance or read-only roles, and every session stays inside your company.

Step by step

How it works

Who it’s for: The people who run agent relations and overseas sales, and the finance team that follows agents’ accounts.

  1. The agency gets one file

Its people, markets and licences in one place — and its travellers’ overstay rate counts in its review.

  2. The contract sets prices, commission and credit

The agent’s prices, commission and credit limit live in its contract, and its rate card decides what it sees in its portal.

  3. The agency works from its portal

In the browser, at your company’s address: it sees your offers at its rate card’s prices, asks for quotes, and holds or books.

  4. Travellers’ details arrive from the source

The agency sends its travellers’ details and manifests from the portal, straight into their files with no retyping.

  5. The account is open to both sides

The agent reads its statement, invoices and payments and reports a transfer or pays online, while finance sees the ageing on its account.

An example

A day in the season

An agency in Lahore works with three Saudi companies. Last season it sent its lists over WhatsApp and waited a day or two for prices.

This season it signs in to its portal at your company’s address, sees the Sha’ban and Ramadan packages at its contract prices, holds 30 seats while its customer is still in the office, then sends the travellers’ details from the same portal.

At month’s end the agency’s accountant opens its statement, sees the invoices and payments, and reports a transfer it sent. No messages asking about the balance, and no list retyped.

Common questions

Does an agent need to install anything?

No. The portal runs in the browser at your company’s address, and each agency has its own sign-in.

Can an agent change our records directly?

No. The portal sends requests, and your team and system carry them out under each department’s rules. An agent only ever sees its own rows.

Does each agent see only its own prices?

Yes. What shows in the portal is set by the agent’s rate card and contract, and an agent only ever sees its own records.

Can an agency add its own staff?

Yes. The agency manages its own users with bookings, finance or read-only roles, and every session stays inside your company.

How does an agent pay?

It transfers and reports the transfer from its portal, or pays online if you’ve connected your company’s card gateway; the payment appears on its statement once it’s recorded.
