Is Umrah Link made for licensed Umrah companies in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. It’s built around how a Saudi Umrah company works: packages sold through agents abroad, groups in Makkah and Madinah, hotel room blocks, coaches, ZATCA invoices and Hijri dates.

Does it support ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing?

Yes. Invoices and credit and debit notes become signed e-invoices with their QR code; standard ones go for clearance and simplified ones are reported.

Does it connect to Nusuk Masar?

Nusuk Masar is worked by hand on the company side today, so Umrah Link keeps programmes, permits and readiness for every traveller in a checked list your team enters into Nusuk from.

Can our agents abroad use it?

Yes, from a portal for each agency at your company’s address: they see your offers at their contract prices, book, send their travellers’ details and read their statements.

Is the interface fully in Arabic?

Yes — Arabic right to left, and English — each person picks their language, with Hijri dates beside Gregorian ones.

Where is our company’s data kept?

In a database of your company’s own, separate from every other company’s. Access is by role and permission, important actions need sign-off, and every change is recorded.
